Beltonville Farm’s Shepherd’s Hut is clean and cosy, with all essentials for a romantic weekend away. The delightful terrace makes the most beautiful space to relax during the day, taking in those unrivalled views, and has a fire pit for toasting marshmallows under the stars at the end of the day.
The Bunk Barn is a great space with two king size bed and six bunks. The open plan living space has a large wood burning stove, a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of seating on comfortable sofas and a large dining table. Guests can enjoy the private garden with barbecue, making it a fun glamping experience with fabulous onsite facilities.
Bedding is provided, but guests are asked to bring their own towels please.

Beltonville Farm Shop is very popular with locals and visitors to the Peak District and is obviously a huge bonus to those staying on site! Daytrippers can call in for delicious picnic treats and those staying for a few days can stock up on fresh produce to enjoy during their stay. Here you can find everything from seasonal fruit and veg, milk, butter and eggs, through to artisan cheeses and local meats, including those essential breakfast and barbecue packs. There are also other local delights such as honey and honeycomb from Calver and homemade chocolates made in Miller’s Dale itself. If you’ve forgotten your camping essentials, don’t worry. The farm shop stocks pegs, torches and even sleeping bags.

By night, on Fridays and Saturdays in the summer months, or available to hire, is the fabulous Drinking Trough Bar! A magnificent spacious barn with stage, casual seating and plenty of room for a boogie! The Drinking Trough Bar comes alive with weekend entertainment from talented solo artists, captivating bands, impressive tribute acts, lively karaoke nights and even the odd festival! So, you can spend the day walking, cycling, or browsing the nearby towns and villages, then return to enjoy a drink and entertainment! Beltonville Farm is a hidden gem in Miller’s Dale surrounded by some of the prettiest walking routes in the Peak District National Park and is well worth a very short detour for a bite to eat or a refreshing drink! Starting in the popular village of Tideswell, you can enjoy a stunning, dog friendly 6 mile route through picturesque Tideswell Dale and on to Miller’s Dale along the calming waters of the River Wye, with Beltonville Farm being the perfect half way pit stop! Likewise, the Monsal Trial, a 8.5 mile traffic free cycling and walking route, runs close to Beltonville Farm on its route from Bakewell to Chee Dale, near Buxton, and again, it’s well worth the short detour.
Miller’s Dale itself is a lovely little village on the banks of the River Wye, surrounded by beautiful landscape regarded as a Site of Special Scientific Interest with natural woodland and many species of wildflowers. Miller’s Dale is also home to a fabulous village pub serving real ales and delicious home cooked food, which is just a 15 minute walk from Beltonville Farm, perfect for those looking for an evening meal or well deserved pint!
There are many other picturesque Peak District towns and villages to enjoy while visiting Beltonville Farm, such as the quaint village of Litton which is just a 30 minute stroll away, or popular nearby villages such as Ashford-in-the-Water and the historic village of Eyam.
