At The Poachers Arms there is no shortage of large, comfortable lounge areas to relax in, whether you want to laze in front of the fire after a hard day walking in the Peak District or enjoy some entertainment streaming a film on the 40” smart TV.  There’s also a digital radio and CD player with speakers throughout the ground floor.

The spacious kitchen at The Poachers Arms has plenty of equipment to cater for large parties, including two range cookers, two microwaves, two toasters, an American fridge freezer with ice machine, two dishwashers, two kettles and a mains-filled hot water boiler, to save time waiting for a cuppa. There’s also a washing machine and tumble dryer for if you get a bit grubby climbing Mam Tor!

The main dining area is in the bright, airy conservatory with ample seating for up to 30 people to sit together around one large table.  This space also doubles up as a conference room.  In the kitchen further dining space is available around a large island with bar stools, as well as extra tables and chairs for breakfast get-togethers.

Add in an adult-sized table football game and an original working bar (barrels of beer, lager and cider can be provided at cost price), and you’ve got the perfect place to relax inside!

You won’t be disappointed with everything you’ll find outside either. There’s a covered hot tub on the patio just outside the conservatory, perfect for soothing away the day, as well as a charcoal barbecue and picnic tables for social outdoor gatherings.

There is a secure shed, with plenty of room for your bikes and other outdoor equipment.

There’s no need to worry about car parking either – The Poachers Arms has its own private car park which can easily hold 25 cars!
