To Die For….has a variety of murder scenes for you to explore, discover and most importantly, resolve! Get your thinking hats on, and your walking boots on, as you head across the Peak District in some of the most beautiful countryside, to unravel the clues, and discover the truth…………..

1. Youlgrave Village Clue Hunt (1.3 miles):

Perfect for those looking for a gentle stroll, this route winds its way through the charming village of Youlgrave. Along the way, you’ll visit local hostelries, cafes, and small businesses where vital clues are hidden.

2. Bakewell Clue Hunt (2 miles):

This easy walk takes you along the historic Coombs Road and the famous Monsal Trail. Rich in history and intrigue, you’ll encounter hints and red herrings around every bend, all while enjoying the natural beauty of Bakewell.

3. Youlgrave & Bradford Dale Ramble (3 miles):

For the more adventurous detective, this scenic 3-mile route takes you through winding lanes, across lush fields, and along the picturesque rivers of Lathkill Dale and Bradford Dale.

Murder Mystery Hosted Events

To Die For…. Hosted Events are great for family gatherings, special occasions or a fabulous way to get your local village together for a bit of fun! Your guests will each be assigned a character role with a unique backstory, motivations, and secrets. The participants must navigate the intricate web of relationships, decipher clues, and confront one another in their quest to unmask the murderer among them.

With 8 plots to choose from you can tailor your event to the unique nature of your group. Which plot will you choose?……………………..

The event will be hosted by plot writer, Helena Tendall, who will play the role of the Investigating Officer.
