TERMS & CONDITIONS
Let’s Go Peak District provides selected photography products, experiences and courses that appear on this website, on social media platforms and in marketing material. When you purchase or activate a voucher or buy a product, experience or course from Let’s Go Peak District, you become legally bound by these terms and conditions. Please do not proceed and purchase or activate a voucher or complete a booking until you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
1. Descriptions & Images
All descriptions of products, experiences and courses contained on our website, on social media platforms or in marketing material are intended to give a generalised flavour of the product, experience or course. We reserve the right to visit different locations to those described or illustrated, as necessary for reasons such as but not limited to weather conditions, accessibility, traffic issues, and the needs of all the participants. Descriptions may be updated throughout the year as products, experiences and courses change. The images used in all promotional material to illustrate products, experiences and courses are used as an indication only.
2. Weather
All the products, experiences and courses provided by Let’s Go Peak District are weather dependent. We always endeavour to fulfil a product, experience or course regardless of the weather, unless we deem it unsafe to proceed because of the weather conditions. In such circumstances, customers will be offered a substitute date. If a customer chooses to cancel a booked place due to adverse weather conditions, despite the fact that the product, experience or course is still going ahead, no refunds will be given nor substitute dates offered.
3. Availability
All products, experiences and courses are offered subject to the availability of vehicles, equipment and staff. We will always do our utmost to honour bookings, but where specific elements of the products, experiences and courses are not available, for reasons such as but not limited to staff illness, equipment failure or vehicle breakdown, we reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions on the day. If this is not possible we reserve the right to cancel the product, experience or course at short notice. In such circumstances, customers will be offered a substitute date or a full refund of the cost of the product, experience or course.
4. Safety
We always endeavour to conduct all our products, experiences and courses in a safe manner. However, the terrain we cover and the animal life we may encounter is unpredictable, and all participants are responsible for their own personal safety at all times. We reserve the right to refuse participation if we deem a customer to be behaving in a manner likely to endanger themselves or others. Participants are expected to wear clothing and footwear appropriate for the product, experience or course and suited to the weather conditions of the day.
5. Equipment and Possessions
Your equipment and personal possessions remain your responsibility at all times during the course of the product, experience or course provided by Let’s Go Peak District. Let’s Go Peak District cannot accept liability for any damage or loss incurred to any equipment or possessions during the course of your day.
6. Duration of Product, Experience or Course
Where the duration of a product, experience or course is mentioned on our website, social media platform, in marketing material or by a member of our staff, this is an approximate guide to the length of time you should expect the product, experience or course to last. The duration may vary slightly on the day, according to such variables as weather conditions, accessibility or traffic issues, and the needs of all the participants. We are unable to reimburse travel, accommodation or any other expenses you may incur due to the late finish of a product, experience or course.
7. Restrictions
Some of the products, experiences and courses provided by Let’s Go Peak District are subject to minimum age, health, fitness and other requirements. Where applicable, these details are listed on our website or described at the time of booking, although they are subject to change at any time. It is the purchaser’s and/or redeemer’s responsibility to check that the restrictions are met. Please note that the minimum age for all participants on a product, experience or course is 18 years of age. On some products, experiences and courses a minimum fitness level is required due to the terrain and distance covered. Once you have confirmed a booking you are not eligible for a refund if you are forced to cancel because the minimum requirements are not met.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
There may be times when Let’s Go Peak District is forced to cancel a product, experience or course for reasons beyond our control. In these circumstances, we will endeavour to offer customers a substitute date or a full refund of the cost of the product, experience or course. We are unable to reimburse travel, accommodation or any other expenses you may have incurred. A product, experience or course may be discontinued without warning during the lifetime of a voucher. In these circumstances an equivalent may be offered, or a full refund of the cost will be made. Refunds will be made to the person who purchased the voucher or booking. In the event of a customer cancelling a confirmed booking, a refund will be made in full, minus an administration fee of £15, if the cancellation is made more than 14 days in advance of the date of the product, experience or course. If a cancellation is made within 14 days or less of the date of the product, experience or course, no refunds will be given nor substitute dates offered.
9. Voucher Validity & Extensions
Each voucher will show a unique code, which must be quoted when purchasing the product, experience or course. Each voucher is valid for a maximum of 12 months from the date of purchase. A voucher will be deemed to be invalid if it is out of date (the validity date is clearly stated on the voucher). If the customer or recipient is unable to book and take the product, experience or course before the expiry date, then upon the customer contacting Let’s Go Peak District prior to the expiry date and paying a fee of £50, we will extend the validity of the voucher for another 6 months from the date of the initial expiration. Once a voucher has been extended it cannot be refunded. Vouchers can only be extended if they are still inside their expiry date.
10. Exchanges
At the discretion of Let’s Go Peak District a voucher for a specific product, experience or course may be exchanged directly for any other product, experience or course of the same value for free. Vouchers can only be exchanged prior to booking.
