The Yorkshire Peak District
The northern and eastern edges of the Peak District National Park lie within the county of Yorkshire. Covering some of the wildest landscapes, with wide heather moorland, gritstone crags and deep wooded valleys, the Yorkshire Peak District is a spectacular place.

Bradfield
The village of Bradfield lies just 7 miles out of Sheffield but is surrounded by beautiful, wild moorland countryside, on the border of the South Yorkshire Peak District. It has the distinction of being the largest civil parish in England, although in fact it is made up of two villages: High Bradfield and Low Bradfield.
Tintwistle
The pretty village of Tintwistle is situated at the western end of the Longdendale Valley, on the northern edge of the Peak District. It is an ancient village with some wonderful old buildings, yet still thrives as a busy community today, set amongst beautiful open moorland countryside.
