Hathersage Fairy Woods Walk

This easy walk starts and ends in the beautiful village of Hathersage, one of the best circular walks in the Peak District, where you’ll be spoilt for choice with wonderful pubs, cafés and shops, not to mention the lovely Colemans Deli for picnics to take on your walk. The walk follows well-made paths up and out of the village, past the church, through beautiful beech woodlands and back down into the village on country lanes. One of the best Peak District walks / pub crawls!
Beeley and Hell Bank Walk

This lovely walk takes you out of the pretty village of Beeley, where you’ll find the Devonshire Arms. The route follows grassy field paths and tracks along the edge of the moorland above Chatsworth House, with fabulous views back across the Derwent Valley. It then descends on trails through woodland known as Hell Bank Plantation, alongside a stream with a series of waterfalls, before returning to Beeley via quiet lanes.
Monyash and Lathkill Dale Walk

This stunning walk starts and ends in the pretty village of Monyash, where you’ll find the lovely Bull’s Head pub. It takes in classic White Peak scenery through Cales Dale and follows the wonderful Lathkill Dale past the source of the River Lathkill, where it springs forth from a cave. From there the route heads up through the wide open countryside of Bagshaw Dale before returning to Monyash.

This lovely walk starts and ends in the pretty village of Bamford, and goes past the iconic Yorkshire Bridge Inn and The Anglers community pub on the way. The route heads past Bamford Mill and then follows the beautiful Thornhill Trail, with spectacular views, to the dam across Ladybower Reservoir. From there the route heads through pretty countryside and along quiet village lanes back to the start point.

This wonderful walk starts and ends in the pretty village of Low Bradfield, right opposite The Plough pub. A short distance away in neighbouring High Bradfield you’ll find The Old Horns Inn, boasting surely one of the best views from a beer garden for any pub in the Peak District?! The lovely route follows country lanes out of the village with wonderful views over the surrounding countryside, and on to Dale Dike Reservoir and Agden Reservoir before returning.

This lovely walk starts and ends in the village of Hartington, blessed with 2 great pubs as well as numerous cafés and shops. It takes you through beautiful woodland and the dales of Beresford Dale and Wolfscote Dale, alongside the River Dove, before returning through steep-sided Biggin Dale and back into Hartington.
Eyam and Stoney Middleton Walk

This lovely walk is a Figure of 8, with the historic village of Eyam providing the start, middle and end point. In Eyam you’ll find the traditional Miners Arms Inn and the stylish Coolstone bar and restaurant. The first half of the walk takes you out of Eyam and past the historic Riley Graves, before heading down with fantastic views to the pretty village of Stoney Middleton, where there’s a further great pub, The Moon Inn. The second half takes you through Eyam in the other direction, offering splendid views over the village from Eyam Edge.
Bakewell and Ashford in the Water Walk

This beautiful walk starts and ends in the ancient market town of Bakewell, where you’ll be spoilt for choice for pubs, as well as cafés, restaurants and shops. The route takes you through Bakewell along the banks of the River Wye and on to the pretty village of Ashford-in-the-Water as a halfway point, giving you even more choices for food and drink. From there you head over pastureland to the Monsal Trail, before returning on quiet field paths to Bakewell.
Dovedale and Ilam Walk

This beautiful Dovedale Walk takes in the most breathtaking views of this stunning part of the Peak District. It starts and ends close to the Izaak Walton Hotel, famed for its great food and beer. The route crosses the famous stepping stones in Dovedale, walks on shady paths alongside the River Dove, tracks through the grassy slopes of Hall Dale and passes through the picture-perfect village of Ilam, before returning to the start point in Dovedale.
Youlgreave and Lathkill Dale Walk

This wonderful walk is an absolute gem, starting and ending in the very pretty village of Youlgreave, which boasts 3 great pubs, as well as a vegetarian bakery and local shops. The route follows the crystal-clear River Bradford through shady woodland, before heading across open countryside to Lathkill Dale. It then follows the course of the River Lathkill through dramatic limestone gorges before returning along field tracks and country lanes.
