Holly House, also known as Hollywood House, is a large self-catering group house in Blackbrook near Belper, Derbyshire. Sleeping up to 40 guests across 16 bedrooms, it offers generous indoor and outdoor space for family gatherings, milestone birthdays, retreats, corporate stays and organised group weekends. The house includes spacious shared areas, flexible dining space, a cinema room, games room, gardens and optional extras including a hot tub, seasonal swim spa and Arctic Cabin. It works well for groups who want space to eat, relax and spend time together in a private countryside setting.
