Accommodation

Each of the three apartments at The Old Post Office has modern, open-plan living accommodation, with many windows allowing in natural light and fabulous views over the market town of Buxton. Decorated with rich tones and stylish furnishings, they have a luxurious, warm feel.

The lounges and bedrooms each have a smart TV, ideal for those cosy nights in or for relaxing after returning from one of the many restaurants and bars that Buxton has to offer, many of which are just a stone’s throw away. The apartments also have free wifi throughout.

The crisp, clean kitchen areas are well equipped with everything you could wish for, including a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and coffee machine.

Apartment Two

Apartment Two in The Old Post Office is situated on the second floor, and again sleeps 4 people in two king sized bedrooms. These also have ensuite facilities with walk-in shower and toilet, and one has the added bonus of a bath for a relaxing soak after a day of exploring.

Each apartment has access to an attractive shared patio area with furniture for dining al fresco or a peaceful drink at the end of a busy day. There’s also a shared BBQ – an ideal social space for families and friends travelling together. 

There is onsite parking for one car per apartment, plus additional chargeable parking just a short distance away. For those looking to cycle there is also free, on-site secure bike storage!

The Old Post Office is located in the heart of beautiful Buxton, an elegant spa town on the edge of the Peak District National Park. This wonderful place has something to offer everyone! 

The architecture is amazing, and there are bus tours and guides to help you discover all of Buxton’s historical landmark buildings, including the Buxton Opera House and The Crescent.
