The first of Lizzie Mullaney Signature Stay’s properties is The Decadent Georgian Residence, a magnificent Grade II listed property that effortlessly accommodates up to 20 guests. Situated in the tranquil Lumsdale Valley near Matlock, this expansive property features eight lavish bedrooms and sprawling social spaces designed for entertaining.
For those seeking something more intimate, The Luxurious Bolthole is a chic, one-bedroom sanctuary located within the same historic grounds and provides the ultimate escape for couples, offering a private steam room and a sleek, contemporary décor.
A brand new dog friendly edition is Riverside Terrace, a two bedroomed charming terrace house close to the River Derwent near Matlock. Continuing that same period feel, Riverside Cottage has a cosy interior with open plan living making it ideal for families and couples traveling together.
The Decadent Georgian Residence – St Andrew’s House
The living spaces of The Decadent Georgian Residence effortlessly combine period features, comfort and luxury. Lizzie Mullaney has ensured that the grandeur of the 18th-century structure is preserved through high ceilings and original features, yet softened by plush sofas and elegant décor. The ground floor offers both a drawing room and snug, providing ample space for guests to gather for film nights on one of the large smart TVs, to gather with friends with a drink, or to find a quiet corner to read one of the many books available.

The bedroom in Lizzie Mullney’s Luxurious Bolthole is centred around a queen-size bed. Designed with the modern traveller in mind, it includes thoughtful touches such as dedicated hair dryers and straighteners, ensuring guests have everything they need for a seamless stay. The adjacent bathroom has a powerful shower and a private steam room, allowing guests to enjoy a spa-like experience without ever leaving the property.
The outdoor space provides a charming inner courtyard view and access to a patio area. Lizzy Mullaney’s most recent addition to her collection is Riverside Terrace, a cosy home close to Matlock, and just a short drive to Bakewell. This pet friendly accommodation, ooozes character in it’s open plan living/dining room, with thoughtful decoration. With plenty of comfortable sofas around a TV and fire, it’s the idea place to relax with friends and family. The lounge area flows through to the dining room, ensuring all guests can spend time enjoying meals together or playing board games.
The kitchen combines the old with the new, with a vintage style feel, combined with modern appliances for a perfect home from home stay. There is a separate utility room just off the kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher and large fridge / freezer.
